offers to connect homeowners with reliable, pre-screened contractors at no cost.
The network checks contractors’ references and insists on proof of insurance.
Accepted contractors pledge to return all phone calls and to handle at least 10
homeowner jobs a month. Contractors pay a monthly membership based on the number
of referrals they receive. However, they do not raise their cost of fees,
